God choose this path for you for a reason, only the most special could handle this challenge. You are a role model to all young women and an inspiration to everyone whose life you enter. You can only stand proud, very few could walk the shoes you have, continue to stay positive and help those who have been through similar experiences. I have learned so much from you and I have never met you, you have the ability to change lives every day, what a gift. Use it to the fullest. I wish you a speedy recovery, love, peace and happiness, but most of all everything you dream for, you deserve it!

    Lots of hugs,

    Lizzzee

  14. Carol says:

Stay strong Lauren. Your condition will improve on a daily basis. Reach for that little, or large, improvement every day. Success will be yours. That is the human condition, improvement is the direction we take naturally. Keep with the sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. You are important and special. You will show us all how to live life after adversity. And remember you don’t stand alone. Everyone faces difficulty in their own way, and each of our challenges are painful, if not equally. You seem like a very compassionate person, this experience must only deepen that gift of caring about others. God bless you on your journey, and remember you are not alone, ever.

Do you know “It Is Well With My Soul” ? I won’t take space to write all the words. In summary it is a reminder to me that through “anything” it “is well with my soul” when my faith is in Christ and He iis my strength. May He be glorified through your walk with Him. I pray for your relief from the pain. May each day that He walks with you, be used by you to bless others in His name. Karen

    Lauren LOLO and family.
I am from Brazil and first heard of you on E. It moved me for you are so young. Instantly prayed for your life, family, God’s Mercy. For him to provide you sustaining and acceptance. I could never imagine how close to our God you are. Just today when looking for news, found the site in which your Mom and family share this battle with us all and such a great testimony. In tears I read it all,I praised Lord for you all know him and for all the wonderfull work He has done so far. And sure of the wonders to come. Your new ajusted life. And your youth exactly is what will be mostly used for God into overcoming and set such an example of faith and dependance in our Lord. It sounds so cliche to say God has a purpose on it all, but being in your skin it may sound still hard. BUT surprise, you already faces it like that. Praise the Lord.
Felt sorry for not knowing about the pain. Therefore you have one more praying for you, so so far away. God bless you always and your loving family. I will sure hear about your around the world, teaching us amazing lessons. A word beyond your imagination and a lot bigger than your lovely LOLO blog and magazine. Hang on beautiful girl.
    Angela from the sunny land.

Love your site! Has a great clean look. It still manages to be strikingly colorful and, yet, not “busy.”
Gorgeous pictures, which delight; but don’t compete for attention.
Well put together, wish your magazine much continued success. Would love to see a little more emphasis on cosmetics.
One of the most natural-looking sophisticated sites I’ve visited.
Loved your book. Absolutely couldn’t put it down. Recommend to everyone.
